Negotiation Coaches and Consultants

We are negotiation practitioners.  Our craft was honed in the real world.

You are an executive, or a sales professional, or an entrepreneur, or start-up CEO.  You don't need knowledge or even some techniques for negotiation trouble.  You need a deep habit of negotiation excellence: Preparing Strategically; Listening well; Creating discovery in the minds of your counterparties; Managing emotions and biases; Collaborating and problem-solving.

Together, you and we can build something beautiful!  A habit for you.  A powerful negotiation culture for your internal teams.

Imagine a world where we negotiate and build strong agreements that last instead of compromising and having them fall apart.  Where we plan and strategize instead of winging it.  Where our negotiation coaches challenge us from a deep and varied experience in critical negotiable incidents.

Here, you'll find something exceedingly rare.  Two coaches and consultants who can work together to support you.  Who have been through the negotiating crucible and been found worthy to assist your organization if you want to give negotiation primacy of place.

Want to know more?  Schedule a free discovery session with either Dan or Allan.

They can meet you where you are and help you move your efforts forward...with clarity!

I joined because I felt like my negotiation skills need work. It’s the area that I’m the weakest and I felt like this was a great opportunity for me to work on the skills.

So far, we’re a little more than a week into this and I’ve already seen more than enough value. It’s already paid for itself just because of the group of professionals that Dan and Allan have put together, the interaction that takes place, and the fact that Dan and Allan are on top of that with their expertise, coming in and offering amazing advice on how to move forward.

I’m excited to see what the next 11 weeks bring.

Michael Mirarchi, VP of Sales, RJ Schinner Co.

I've come to see negotiation as a core business skill, not just for leadership but for coaches, designers, product owners—basically anyone who needs to effectively influence others.

I cannot recommend Dan and Allan enough. It has reshaped how I approach conversations with prospects. It’s taught me the importance of principles, of working a process, and it’s amazingly fun.

Prior to this, I tried learning negotiation by listening to podcasts and reading books. I still do of course, but I’ve come to realize this doesn’t change your behavior.

To do that, you’ve got to alter habits you probably don’t normally give that much thought to. That requires mentoring. It requires role play. It requires ongoing feedback and coaching.

I've had the privilege to receive coaching in the craft of negotiation from Allan Tsang and Dan Oblinger and a small group of other professionals from different fields. It is one of the most life-changing decisions I've ever made professionally and personally.

I've read the books and watched the videos...heck, I discovered Dan and Allan on Kwame Christian Esq., M.A.'s "Negotiate Anything" podcast!

But there is no substitute for having a guide to direct you in how to put it all together into a system that can be relied on with precision and clarity. And then to refine that system with like-minded professionals...
